Ekaterina Bulinskaya
Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, Department of Probability Theory, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Fellow of ISIR

 

E.V. Bulinskaya teaches courses of probability theory and theory of random processes for general flow mathematics students; advanced course of theory of random processes (with exercises) for students specializing in the department of probability theory, and in the last 10 years - a course of risk theory for actuarial-financial analysts. She has taught courses in probability theory at the faculties of biology, chemistry, economics, philology, and geography. She also teaches several special courses and leads special seminars on her research topics.

  • Random processes,

  • Limit theorems,

  • Optimization of complex systems and problems of stochastic models’ stability,

  • Inventory and dam theory,

  • Insurance theory,

  • Queueing theory
