Mikhail Dubitskii
In 1970 he graduated
from Irkutsk Polytechnic Institute.
From 1970 to 1993 he worked in the Siberian Energy Institute,
Academy of Sciences of the USSR,
and
then (and now) in the universities.
In 1977 he defended
his thesis. The author of two books.
