Victor Netes

Victor Netes was
born in 1952 in Moscow. In 1974 he received MSc degree (honors) in
Mathematics from the Moscow State Lomonosov University. From 1974 till
1993 he worked at the Central Research Institute of Telecommunications,
Ministry of Communications, where received PhD (Candidate of Sciences in
Russia) degree in 1983. From 1993 till 1995 Dr. Netes worked at the
Institute of Information Transmission Problems, Russian Academy of
Sciences, where received DSc degree in 1996. His both theses (candidate
and doctorate) were devoted to reliability of networks and
complex systems.
He published over 100
papers.
